B. O. D. Incubator

Hally Bod Incubator designed primarily to meet requirement of Bio Chemical Oxygen Demand test Equipment are suitable for closed control of incubation / storage temperature.

 The unit is a double walled chamber, with glass wool insulation. Interior is a made of stainless steel and Exterior is mild steel powder coated finish. The unit has full-length glass door and outside metal door with magnetic gasket and lock. The unit is provided with perforated stainless steel trays.

     The unit consist of main switch, digital microprocessor temperature controller with PT-100 sensor, chamber Light. Forced air circulation for uniform temperature, safety controller Hermetically gauged compressor and Caster Wheels for easy move ability. The unit work on 230 Volts AC and 50 Hz mains supply.

Standard Model- time proportional ON/OFF controller cum indicator

Micro controller based PID controller cum indicator.

Controller with Printer Interface as * optional.

Controller Interface through Rs 232C/RS 485 for multiple networking.

S.S. removable to prevent over shoot.

Safety thermostat to prevent over shoot.

HRC fuse for all controls.

Bacterilogical incubator are non refrigerated version for temp. Range of ambient + 5°C to 60°C
